Our Services
Sussex Player Development offers a wide range of elite coaching services, all specialised to maximum the development of each individual player. From Group services to Individual services, we want to elevate everyone's game.
U8-U14 Academy
Our academy ranges between age groups of U8 - U14. Each session, we work on developing players: Technically, Tactically, Physically and Mentally. Within our age groups we also offer high end services such as: Showcase Matches, Pro Club Opportunities and Tournaments.
1-2-1 Sessions
A full hour session with just Player & Coach. A session based on the individual player's game that needs specific work on. Position specific, our coaches work intensively to gain maximum development. These sessions can be booked as a block or individually.
Striker Only Sessions
A Striker Group working on all aspects of being a Number 9! We work on Finishing, Technique, Ball Striking Techniques, Movement, Positioning, Both Feet and Short/Long Range Shooting.
Showcase Fixtures
Our Academy has a good, wide range of contacts throughout all levels of football. We organise showcase matches vs Pro Clubs, Other Academies and Grassroots Sides to ensure that our academy teams have game time to showcase their talent as well as gain some exciting opportunities. We have hosted and participated in showcase matches including: Charlton Athletic FC, Southend United, Elevate Football Academy + More!!!

Jamie Mansfield
Academy Client
Jamie was offered a 2-week trial at EFL League 2 club, Bromley FC. This trial was awarded to Jamie because of all of his hard work and we decided to get in contact with Bromley to give him this great opportunity.

Henry was also offered a 2-week trial by newly promoted into League 1 side, Bromley FC. This was a deserved opportunity we provided Henry through his hard work and dedication he always brings to each session and matches.
Josh Guidal
U15 Player & 1-1 Client
Josh plays for Buxted FC, a grassroots club we have a fantastic partnership with. Our founder, Archie, is the U15 head coach at this amazing club and put on a showcase match vs his former team, Southend United. Josh impressed in this showcase match and was invited in for a trial in the summer.
